How Smart IPTV works
Typing long logins with a TV remote is painful, so Smart IPTV does it differently. Each TV has a unique MAC address. On the app’s website you link a playlist to that address, and the TV downloads it the next time the app opens. The app itself has no channels: it only plays the playlist you link.

Open your TV’s app store (LG Content Store, Google Play on Android TV, or the Samsung store where available) and install Smart IPTV.
Note the MAC address
Open the app. The screen shows your TV’s MAC address (six pairs of characters, like

Easiest: send the MAC to us on WhatsApp and we link your TrendyScreen playlist. Or go to the official Smart IPTV website, open the playlist upload page, enter the MAC and paste the M3U link we sent you.
Restart the app
Close Smart IPTV completely and open it again. Your channels load, grouped by country.
Activate after the trial
Smart IPTV runs as a trial for the first days, then asks for a one-time activation fee per TV, paid on the app’s website with the same MAC address.

Tips and common problems
- Wrong MAC: the most common error. Compare the address on screen with the one you typed, especially 0 and O, 1 and l.
- Channels did not update: after any change on the website, fully close and restart the app.
- No TV guide: make sure the EPG option is on in the app settings; we include the guide address with your playlist.
- Picture stutters: Smart TVs have modest processors and Wi-Fi. A wired connection helps; so does a Firestick if the TV is old.
Smart IPTV or another app?

Is Smart IPTV free?
It has a free trial period. After that, the developer charges a small one-time activation fee per TV. The fee goes to the app developer, not to your IPTV provider.
Is Smart IPTV on Samsung TVs?
It depends on the TV model and country — it has been removed from the Samsung store in some regions. On Samsung, SmartOne IPTV, HOT IPTV or IBO Player are common alternatives. See Smart TV setup.
Why does Smart IPTV show “No playlist”?
The MAC address on the website does not match the TV, or the app was not restarted. Check the MAC character by character, upload again, then close and reopen the app.
Can I use Xtream Codes in Smart IPTV?
