TrendyScreen provides an online streaming service that lets customers watch a selection of live and on-demand programmes (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you accept the terms below.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and our privacy policy at any time, with or without notice. Changes take effect when published. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to become a customer and use TrendyScreen.
Use of the Service
You may not re-stream, redistribute, broadcast or retransmit any content from the Service, directly or through any device, software, website or other means.
One stream per subscription
Sharing a subscription is not allowed. Each subscription allows one active stream at a time. To watch on several devices simultaneously, buy additional subscriptions. Sharing may lead to permanent suspension or a device ban without a refund.
Streaming quality
Your experience depends on your internet access and your device: your location, your bandwidth, the number of devices on your network, the content you choose and how your device is configured. TrendyScreen cannot guarantee streaming quality in these respects.
Purchases and prices
Orders follow the procedure shown on the Service. Prices, payment and delivery procedures are shown on the Service and may change without notice. Transactions with third parties — for example app developers or device sellers — are between you and them.
Used time
Subscription time already used is not refundable, except as set out in our refund policy.
VPN and proxy use
Using a VPN or proxy server to connect to our servers is allowed.
Your information and account
Information you give us must be accurate and current. Keep your login safe — a TrendyScreen agent will never ask for your password. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Compatibility
You must use devices that meet the requirements described in our setup guides.
Internet and data costs
You are responsible for the cost of the internet access you use to reach the Service.
Suspension and downtime
Access to the Service may be interrupted during sudden or unscheduled downtime of all or part of the Service, for any reason. We may end or limit your access at any time, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have breached these terms or any applicable law.
Language
Correspondence and notices under this agreement are made in English.
Trademarks
The TrendyScreen name, logo and other marks, graphics and scripts are trademarks of TrendyScreen and may not be copied or used without permission.
